  17. a workbench for exploring the world of cellular automata. Cellular
  18. automation is the study of patterns that arise by repeating a simple set of

  20. stop patterns as well as progress in steps of 1, 5, or 10 generations

  23. $32) is a drag-and-drop image conversion utility that allows you to
  24. drag-and-drop multiple image formats and convert them to another format.

  27. DAUB Dynamic Brush 1.24 [daub124]  (TOPLINE Software, reg. fee: $35) is an
  28. unique vector-based graphics program for Windows 3.1. Its drawing tools
  29. simulate broad brush strokes that are controlled using the mouse. Strokes
  30. can be extensively modified after you have drawn them, and beautiful
  31. calligraphic effects are easily achieved. Requires EGA or better, and 3meg
  32. of RAM is recommended.

  35. you to change the current bitmap used as the desktop wallpaper. It can be
  36. changed randomly or sequentially, one time only or as often as desired.

  38. Drag N Drop 3.0 [drgndrp]  (G.L. Liadis Software, Inc., reg. fee: $10) is a
  39. simple and efficient file launcher/image viewer for Windows. All you have to
  40. to is select an executable file (EXE, COM, BAT, etc.)  and drag it into the
  41. "picture window" to have it launch. 256-color graphic files (ICO, BMP, RLE,
  42. and WMF) can be viewed using the same process. Requires VBRUN300.

  44. ESF's TrueType Font Collection #1 1.2 [ESFTTFC]  (Elfring Soft Fonts, reg.
  45. fee: $25) is a set of 10 high-quality fonts for use with Windows 3.1 and
  46. WordPerfect 6.0. This includes 6 text fonts (Century Normal and Bold, Fritz
  47. Quad Normal and Bold, and MicroStile Normal and Bold) and 4 display fonts
  48. (Aapex, Cursive Elegant, Old English, and Zap Chance). A setup program to
  49. preview/install the fonts is also included, as well as an illustrated
  50. tutorial on soft fonts.

  53. flags of over 75 Nations.

  56. TrueType fonts. It allows you to remove those rarely-used fonts from your
  57. system and store them on floppies or other media. This shareware version is

  169. one-of-a-kind screen saver. This is a very well-designed package, and no
  170. artistic talent is required to create some spectacular results. Requires
